With a broad range of experience in Audit, Telecomunications, Manufacturing, and Mining Jaawed adds a unique perspective on implementing projects and initiatives in an efficient manner, whilst not forgetting the desired social change.

A veteran of 15 years with TEBA, Willem has been involved in numerous programs including; Construction of boreholes and infrastructure, Social Impact Mitigation Programs of Mines, etc.

Thabo is currently a serving board member of the Rays of Hope and Ngangezwe Non-Profit Organisations. Formerly from the financial services industry where he spent time developing solutions for a rural context, Thabo currently guides TEBA’ commercial interests.
